Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use the NOVA DIGITAL TECH website (novadigitaltech.dev), our social media and video channels, and the tools and apps we run (“the Services”). NOVA DIGITAL TECH (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital agency that builds websites, mobile apps, branding, and AI automation, and publishes educational technology content. By using the Services you agree to these terms.

Using the Services

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or the data of others.
  • Information you send us through a form or chat must be accurate and yours to share.

Our content and automation tools

We publish videos and other content on our own accounts, and we use software tools to upload and schedule that content to accounts that we own and control. Our tools act only on our own accounts. They do not collect, store, or post on behalf of other people’s accounts. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Client work

Project work for clients (websites, apps, branding, automation) is governed by a separate written quote or agreement that sets the scope, price, timeline, and ownership of deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The NOVA DIGITAL TECH name, logo, website design, videos, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our content. You may not copy, resell, or republish it as your own without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Educational content

Our videos and articles are general educational information about technology. They are not professional, legal, electrical, or safety advice. Always follow the instructions of the equipment maker and a qualified professional before working on electrical, plumbing, or vehicle systems.

No warranty and limits on liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party platforms

Our content appears on third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
